Hello Everybody!

Our themes for the Autumn term are:

1^st Half term – Food Glorious Food

2^nd Half term – Remember, Remember

This week the sun has come out and we have been having lots of fun in the garden.

We have been learning the story of 'The Enormous Pumpkin' in the style of Pie Corbett.

We have put actions to our story to remember the sequence.

The important words we needed to remember to sequence our story were:

Once upon a time, So, But, Next, Finally, After that.

We have worked in groups to create story paths, have been adding in maths, and exploring 2d and 3d shapes learning about what we would see in a town and what we would see in the country.

We have been very adventurous exploring the Trim trail and out and about in the garden.

We have been practicing our gestures facial expressions and acting skills in Expressive Arts and have been very busy bees completing our busy challenges independently, not to forget our beautiful singing!

What a week!
